Coconut Quinoa

A Healthy lifestyle can start with the foods you eat. Eating healthy can have a great impact on your body. This recipe is good for breakfast this is how you make it

  1. To activate the quinoa, soak it in water overnight.
  2. Tip the quinoa onto a pan the mix it with vanilla. Add Creamed coconut and 600 ml of water then simmer it for 20 mins. Cook a Chia for 3 mins. in a pan with 300 ml of water. Then top it with yogurt, berries, and almonds. Pour everything in a bowl
  3. If there are leftover, reheat it for another day.

This porridge is a healthy food that can help boost your energy and health.
